Allowed
Legitimate business messaging, notifications, marketing to people who gave consent, account verification for your own accounts and privacy protection.
Consent and opt-out
Marketing messages require prior consent where the law requires it and must include a working way to opt out.
Prohibited content
Spam, phishing, malware links, illegal goods or services, hate speech, harassment and misleading sender identities.
Prohibited use of numbers
Fraud, impersonation, creating accounts to evade bans or limits, bulk-creating fake accounts, or breaking another serviceโs terms.
Sender IDs
You may only use sender names and numbers you are entitled to use and that are registered where required.
Enforcement
We may block messages, suspend numbers or close accounts that breach this policy, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse to our support email with the number and time of the message.
