Agreement
By creating an account or using the TextVolley website, API or services you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
Prepaid balance and fees
Services are charged from a prepaid balance or invoice at the prices shown at the time of use. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all laws that apply to the messages you send or receive.
Numbers
Numbers are leased, not sold. We may reclaim numbers that are unused, unpaid or used in breach of these terms or regulator rules.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery; carriers and recipient devices are outside our control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
